Created using a balanced influence of three types of casks (Traditional cask, American White Oak cask and Ex-sherry cask) which gives it a harmonious balance of fruity notes and a true smoothness.
With a bright gold colour, and a nose which reminds of ripe pears and fudge, this is a treat to the senses. This continues through the palate, with flavours of fruit from Pear, fudge, spice, marzipan and hazelnut. The finish accentuates the hazelnuts joining with marzipan
This is a perfect accompaniment to seafood (working particularly well with Prawn, crayfish and crab).
