Jodhpur Mandore Gin
In a celebration of the Indian Citrus, Jodhpur have created a deliciously gin - their Mandore Gin.
Beginning with a base of their London Dry Gin, they blend with macerations of native Indian citrus fruits; bitter orange, calamansi and Buddha's hand.
The result is a gin with a dry and elegant nose - aromatic, intensely citrus aromas of lime and orange along with juniper and even a hint of berries.
On the palate this is full of flavour, with generous balsamic and citrus notes. Deliciously smooth, it coats the mouth well. The flavours of lime and orange zest come through, and an interesting other citrus note from the Buddha's hand fruit. Juniper is present, but balances and doesn't overpower the other flavours. The finish has a gentle touch of ginger and coriander with a little sweetness.

Perfect Serve
The flavours in this gin are really fresh and perfect for a summer gin and tonic. Either a neutral tonic, such as Fentimans Connoisseurs Tonic Water to let the gin do the talking, or their Valencian Orange to really boost the citrus notes.
Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the gin. Pour in 150ml of your preferred tonic, stir gently and then garnish with a slice of orange.
