Whilst the original 'Captain Morgan' (a Welsh privateer, Sir Henry Morgan, who worked in the Caribbean) may not have made rum, his namesake is now known the world over.
Captain Morgan Sliced Apple Spiced Rum is a deliciously light and refreshing, fruity drink. Made using sweet, juicy apples, it has a crisp taste of a freshly sliced apple with just a touch of spice.

If you like a spicy mixed drink, you could make yourself an Apple Mule. Pour 50ml Captain Morgan Sliced Apple Spiced Rum into a tall glass with ice and add 150ml ginger beer and add a wedge of lemon. If you like it really spicy, we recommend Thomas Henry Ginger Beer.
For a simple cocktail, an Apple Sour is perfect. Add 50ml Captain Morgan Sliced Apple Spiced Rum, 25ml sugar syrup and 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy.
