Crystal Head Vodka

Legend tells that thirteen Crystal skulls held by the native tribes of the Americas (the Navajo, Aztec and Maya) can be used to project positive energy and enlightenment.

It was upon hearing this legend that the founders of Crystal Head Vodka sought to craft a bottle which was worthy of the vodka they were starting to produce, and also gave them a name. (The bottle is crafted in Europe, and contains crystal).

Produced on an island off the east coast of Canada, in St. John's Newfoundland. The production proces starts with the highest quality "peaches and cream corn". To make their neutral grain spirit they use a quadruple distillation. Making use of their geographic location, they then utilisie glacial waters to blend this down to 40% abv.

The vodka is then filtered a further seven times. Three of these through semi-precious crystals known as Herkimer diamonds.

They use no additives or sugar in its creation. Relying on the quality of their ingredients, the water and their process.

The result is a premium vodka. A clean, and clear vodka which has a neutral aroma, with the faintest touch of citrus. The mouth-feel of this vodka is silky smooth, with a subtle sweetness and hint of vanilla. It finishes sweet, with a delicious creaminess.

Perfect Serve

Enjoy how you like, this is easily drunk pure when ice cold. However it also works with orange juice, soda water or a tonic.

It also works particularly well in the mix! How about a Cold Comfort? In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add 30ml of the vodka, 20ml of a good quality dark rum and 80ml of Apple Juice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, some finely grated cinnamon and a thin slice of apple.
