Cubical Mango Gin

The Cubical range of Gin's are produced for Bodegas Williams & Humbert at the Langley distillery in Birmingham. This distillery has been making quality gins since 1920. 

For the base of this gin, high quality english grain is distilled using three seperate distillation processes. This ensures a smooth base from which to build the flavours profiles. A careful selection of botanicals has been chosen which blends perfectly with the tropical mango. Juniper, bergamot and sweet orange all ensure a deliciously well balanced gin.

Whilst mango is the signature flavour in the gin (after all, it is called Mango gin!), this is balanced by citrus notes which ensure the gin doesn't become too sweet.

This has a delicious aroma, which hints at the citrus fruity contents which will be found within. It has a gentle herbaceousness to it, which acts as the perfect base layer in the palate - upon which the citrus and tropical mango notes play on the tongue.

Fun fact: The bottle for this gin is an almost cubical shape - hence the name!

Perfect Serve

This adds a perfect tropical note to cocktails, but is also delicious enjoyed with a tonic or lemonade.

Take a large glass filled with ice, and add 50ml of the gin. Gently poir over 150 - 200ml of your chosen mixer (try The Artisan Drinks Co. Classic London Tonic, or Bundaberg Brewed Lemonade). Stir gently, and garnish with a slice of mango and a cocktail cherry.
