Generous Gin Purple
Sometimes simplicity can deliver the best, or most flavourful experiences. It was this ethos that the creators of Generous followed when creating their gin.
They wanted an original, easy to drink and appreciate gin, one which was simple but would deliver the best Gin & Tonic. They used great natural ingredients, and produced in high precision small pot-stills.
With their Purple Gin, Generous have taken inspiration from their French heritage. It's innovative too, and the 'purple' is more than just a colour. This is the first gin containing polyphenols (the molecules making the tannins in wine) and grape anthocyanins (which brings the texture and deep ruby red colour of red wine). Both are also well known antioxidants.
On the nose this gin has delicious fresh citrus aromas from pink grapefruit, lemon and lime. Aroma's of juniper permeate and a tantalising note of pepper greets you.
In the mouth the pink grapefruit and timut pepper greet you. These are perfectly balanced with the juniper. The overall mouth-fell is enticing, with a delicious sensation and structure which is brought from the anthocyanins. This is a complex gin, which is - in its way, deliciously seductive!

Perfect Serve
As this was made to be enjoyed as a classic, elegant gin & tonic, we suggest something simple.
Take a large copa glass and fill with ice. Add 40ml of the gin, and gently pour over 100ml of your chosen tonic (we like Fentimans Connoiseurs Tonic). Stir gently, and garnish with a slice of lemon.
