Greenall's London Dry Gin
Holding the distinction of being the first high quality gin created in England, Greenall's London Dry gin has been in production since 1796. For the last 250 years, seven generations of master distillers have passed the recipe down, and it still remains unchanged to this day.
Gold award winning, eight select botanicals are used to create this gin. These include the juniper berry, coriander and angelica root.
Greenall's say that "A good G&T may not be everything but it’s not a bad start", and we have to agree!
This is a smooth gin, with a delicious underlying hint of spice, which isnt at all overpowering. The delicate bitterness of a classic london dry gin is also present, balanced with a subtle sweetness.

Perfect Serve
As a classic gin, this works with most mixers. Chose a neutral one, such as Fever-Tree Indian Tonic, for a classic gin & tonic, or maybe with Fever-Tree Elderflower tonic for a slightly sweeter, floral mix.
Take a large glass filled with ice, and add 50ml of the gin. Pour in 150 - 200ml of your chosen tonic and stir gently. The garnish will depend on your tonic, for a neutral one - try a slice of lime.
