King's Hill Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin
Made in the Pentland Hills, to the South-West of Edinburgh Scotland, King's Hill Gin is a small batch Scottish Gin.
The name comes from a bet taken between King Robert the Bruce and Sir William 'The Crusader' Sinclair of Roslin. The bet was who could catch the elusive white Pentland Stag, and was won by Sinclair. However, in true knightly manner - he named the hillside in the King's honour.
Whilst their original gin is more of a classic, juniper forward gin - their Rhubarb & Raspberry is full of fruit flavours. They use renowned sweet Scottish raspberries and balance these with tart rhubarb.
The resulting gin keeps the character of the original - but the sweet fruit flavours ensure this is incredibly easy to drink (just remember to enjoy in moderation!).

Perfect Serve
The fresh and fruity style of this gin means it works best with a neutral tonic (we recommend Three Cents Tonic Water). Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the gin. Gently pour over 150 - 200ml of your chosen tonic and stir gently. Garnish with a raspberry or two.
