The history of Malibu goes back to Curaçao where it was created specifically to help bartenders make piña coladas. 

Now known the world over, the original coconut flavoured rum liqueur has had the range extended with additional flavours.

The Malibu passion for summer is perfectly bottled in their fruity Malibu Passion Fruit edition. This is a deliciously sweet liqueur which is made from white rum, and passion fruit flavour.

The aroma is bold, and immediately tantalises with the passion fruit aroma. The flavours are simple, yet effective - white rum and passionfruit which blend perfectly, and linger in the mouth before leaving a clean sweet finish of passion fruit.

This is a versatile drink, and can easily be mixed with Fentimans Soda Water for an easy, and delicious longer drink. Or mix it up with mint and lime for a tasty Passionfruit fuelled variant on the Mojito cocktail!

For something a little special, try a Malibu Passion Fruit Daiquiri cocktail. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add 45ml Malibu Passion Fruit, 30ml Fresh lime juice, 20 ml Simple syrup and 20 ml Passion fruit or passion fruit puree. Shake will and pour into a cocktail glass and enjoy!
