One-Eyed Rebel Passionfruit and Coconut Spiced Rum is full of delicious botanicals and a big punch of tropical passionfruit. There is a sweetness like toffee, zestiness of lemon and spiciness from ginger. It’s full of flavour, with a creamy undercurrent of coconut.

We like this rum with ginger ale. Add 50ml of rum to a glass with ice and top up with 150-200ml Franklin & Sons Ltd Ginger Ale. The subtle ginger works perfectly with the fruitiness of the passionfruit and the creamy coconut.
