Hailing from the Dominican Republic, Patridom have made a delicious range of tropically aged rum, which have been crafted with passion, using the fresh juice from hand-cut sugar canes. Each of the complex rums have delicate notes of vanilla, sweet caramel and oak from the barrels they have been matured in.
Patridom Seleccion Exclusiva 12 Year Rum is matured on both American and French oak barrels for 6 – 12 years. It has a delightful aroma of vanilla and caramel, reminiscent of a freshly baked cake. The aromas are replicated on the palate with sweet molasses, vanilla and coconut, all coming together perfectly for a balanced taste.
