Tarquin's The Cornish Sunshine Blood Orange Gin
For this, their bottled "Cornish Sunshine", Tarquin's have taken their signature Cornish Dry gin and added Blood Orange, Pink Grapefruit, Rhubarb, Raspberry and Gentian Root. This gives the gin an extra citrus flavour profile. Along with the other botanicals, this gives a balanced bitterness amongst the oodles of fruit!
In terms of the flavour profile this has a deliciously refreshing orange sweetness which is joined by berry notes. The juniper works particularly well with the tart fruit and there is a bittersweet herbal finish to the drink.

Perfect Serve
Fill a wine glass with lots of ice, add 50 ml of the gin and 100ml of a sparkling wine, lightly stir and top up the glass with 50ml of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of orange.
It also works just as well with the tonic on its own (just replace the sparkling wine with 150ml total of the Mediterranean Tonic).
