Three Cents Aegean Tonic
This tonic excels at adding a playful Mediterranean tonic twist to your favourite spirit. Inspired by the Greek heritage of the founders of Three Cents (hence the name), this tonic has hints of cucumber, basil and other herbs and spices from Greece.
Invigorating and sharp, it brings life to your drink. As with all Three Cents mixers, this is made with high pressure carbonation of natural spring water to give a long lasting fizz.
Award winningly exquisite in taste (it won the best spirit / bar product at the Bar Convert Mixology Awards in Berlin).
Fun fact.... the dolphin on the label illustrates the playful and spirited character of this mixer.

Perfect Serve
This tonic is delicious on its own, or mixed with Gin, Campari (particularly good), tequila or even Greek Masthiha liquor.
For an Aegean Spritz, in a tumbler over ice, add 40ml Aperitif Bitters with 10ml Jasmine Liqueur (or other floral liquer). Mix gently and then add 100ml of the tonic. Garnish with a slice of freshly cut cucumber.
