Ideal with a ginger mixer. Pour 50ml Duppy Share Caribbean Rum into a glass with some ice and top up with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale or Fever-Tree Ginger Beer (about 150ml is a good amount). Add a slice of lime and enjoy.
For the cocktail lovers, how about a Duppy Daiquiri. Add 50ml of The Duppy Share Caribbean Rum with 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice, 15ml of sweet vermouth and 15ml of sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
