The Duppy Share XO Rum
This rum has been designed to be super premium and to re-define the XO rum category.
The blend of 100% column still rums from Barbados is delicious, using finely aged 5 year, 8 year and 12 year rums. The combination of rums has produced a balance between rich and indulgent notes and more chocolatey-sour notes as the younger and older rums react to each other
On the nose, there are rich notes of velvety caramel and tamarind which have been balanced with toasted coconut and floral notes of violet. On the palate it is pure indulgance, with the taste of butter fudge, caramel and creamy condensed milk, with delicious accents of fruity apricot, sweet vanilla and a touch of spice from nutmeg.
Did you know? Rum loving spirits are known a Duppies in the Caribbean. It is said that they swoop between the distilleries on the islands and steal the best of the rums which are shared at the best parties. They call that rum The Duppy Share.

Perfect Serve
Enjoy neat with ice, or in an Old Fashioned cocktail (it's not just for Whisky).
Add 50ml The Duppy Share XO Rum into a mixing glass with a teaspoon of sugar syrup and a 3-4 dashes of orange bitters. Add ice and stir until the glass is cold. Strain into a glass with ice and add a strip of orange zest to garnish.
