A Welsh gin with a difference - classic takes, which leave a delicious warming sensation
Description
Aber Falls Welsh Dry Gin
Located in North Wales (UK), in a small village called Abergwyngregyn the distillery sits at the base of the famous Aber Falls (a waterfall). It's from this the distillery get's its name.
Proud to be Welsh, they use as many Welsh botanicals as they can, and create their gins using water which has been filtered through the Snowdonia Mountains.
With their Welsh Dry gin, they have created a classic London Dry gin, with a Welsh twist. This ensures it is a traditional juniper forward gin, with a layered citrus edge and a slightly spicy and sweet backbone.
As the botanicals used are traditional, it gives the gin a distinct juniper aroma. The flavour is refreshing, with a burst of fresh citrus flavours. These are balanced perfectly with juniper, liquorice, angelica and coriander seeds which give it a mild spice.

Perfect Serve
Delicious enjoyed as a classic Gin & Tonic. In a large glass add 50ml of the gin, and pour over 150ml of a neutral tonic such as Fever-Tree. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of lime.
For something a little more summery, try a Sweet Summer Cocktail. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add a few sprigs of mint and a dash of lemon juice. Pour over 25ml of the gin and 12.5ml of Violet Liqueur. Shake vigorously, and then strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Top up the glass with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic, and garnish with some mint, a slice of lemon and a raspberry.
