Monin Blood Orange Syrup
As a young man (only 19), George Monin started selling branded wines and spirits in 1912. He chose the slogan "Passion for quality" and this is the ethos behind the company to this day. A french company, it is still family owned, and it's now the third generation leading the business.
The Blood Orange has a red colour flesh, and is cultivated mainly in Spain, Italy and Northern Africa. It has a delicious sour edge to it and juicy flesh.
Monin have captured the strong fruity flavour perfectly in this syrup. They balance the sweet, sour, and bitter notes perfectly - which ensures an intense twist to all of your creations!
