Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
As a young man (only 19), George Monin started selling branded wines and spirits in 1912. He chose the slogan "Passion for quality" and this is the ethos behind the company to this day. A french company, it is still family owned, and it's now the third generation leading the business.
Originally native to Brazil, the Passion Fruit (also known as the maracuja or chinola) is now enjoyed all over the world. Its a nutricious, vitamin rich fruit - which has a slightly sour, refreshing taste. It pairs exceptionally well with chocolate, vanilla, citrus and red fruits.
Monin have created a delicious syrup which captures the refreshing sour flavour of the Passion Fruit perfectly - easily making the delicious flavour accesible to all.
