Introduction

Coming from a combination of the spanish words “patrimonio” and “dominicano,” the name Patridom stands for Dominican heritage, the country where the Patridom range of rums are made. 

Tropically Aged Series

The series is made up of 4 tropically aged rums which are then used in the creation of the extended range and limited editions. Each of these delicate rums have been created with passion, using the fresh juices extracted from hand-cut sugar cane.

Supporting the Community

Crafted by Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos, the largest alcohol producer in the Dominican Republic, they use only sugar cane grown in the Dominican Republic on their own plantations. As well as creating and exclusively Dominican product, they can also give back to the community, securing work for locals whilst ensuring the perfect quality of the rum.

A Premium Elixir

Crafted from a 5 year old rum, aged in both American and French oak barrels, this delicious rum liqueur has been infused with natural flavours of tropical coconut and chocolate and the citrus taste of orange and lemon. The cane sugar juice gives it just the right amount of sweetness.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Tropical notes of coconut and cocoa butter are joined with a delicate aroma of mandarin.

Taste: Full-bodied and sweet, it has rich flavours of coconut, white chocolate and almond. A hint of citrus provides a refreshing note.

Finish: Long and soft with a hint of sugar cane sweetness.
