Poetic License Raspberry & Buddha’s Hand Gin 70cl
With a deliciously fruity aroma, this gin tempts you straight into a glass of perfect citrus and berry notes.
Poetic License Raspberry & Buddha’s Hand Gin
With a slight berry aroma, which merges with the aromatic buddha’s hand and floral spice of pink peppercorn, this gin gives an aroma reminiscent of eating raspberries on a summer’s day.
The sweet tang of raspberry is at the forefront of the palate, followed by a brief herbaceous twist. This gives way to the subtle spice of pepper and the warming pine of juniper.
The sweet citrus of buddha’s hand then comes in for the finale, cleansing the palate for the next sip.
Did you know? The Buddha’s hand is an unusual shaped citrus fruit with long segments (fingers) and a sunny yellow colour. It does not have any flesh, only zest, which is used to add an aromatic lemon-blossom aroma to this gin.
A number of options for this gin....
Add 50ml of gin to a large glass filled with ice. Gently pour over 150ml of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and garnish with a couple of fresh raspberries.
For something a little different, replace the tonic with Fever-Tree Premium Lemonade, and garnish with raspberries and a wheel of lemon. This makes a really refreshing summer drink. Or swap out the tonic for Fever-Tree Ginger Ale and garnish with raspberries to add some warmth for an autumnal / winter drink.
