Founded in 1842 in the heart of the city of the Hague, Van Kleef is now the last remaining jenever and liqueur brand to be found based there. They believe the quality, craftmanship, and the combined history in their drinks help to make a true "lifewater".
Van Kleef's Volmaakt Geluk (perfect happiness) liqueur is a traditional Dutch drink, which is made with Violet, rose, almond, cinnamon, orange and vanilla flavours.
In the 17th Century this was drunk after moments of intimacy, hence getting the name 'perfect happiness'.
