Wildjac Natural Botanical Spirit
Based in the Wyre Forest, to the South West of Birmingham in the UK, Wildjac strive to produce a range of sustainable and eco-friendly premium botanical spirits. To this end, they hand-craft their drinks using only 100% natural ingredients which (where possible) they source locally.
In this, their first non-alcoholic spirit, they have created a drink which captures all of the flavours from the botanicals used, in their purest form, just with no alcohol!
In it's creation they carefully selected a number of botanicals; Lemon Verbena, Oak Bark, Wood Sage, Rosemary, Lemon Thyme, Nettle, Chamomile, Lemon Zest, Dandelion, Birch and Mulberry Leaf.
On the nose this has a brightness to it, clean and crisp - with zesty citrus notes.
The flavour is smooth, well rounded and full of herbal flavours. These develop in the mouth, leaving to a finish with has a citrus freshness and a touch of 'green' from grassy verbena.

Perfect Serve
This is delicious when served with Fevertree Mediterranean tonic. Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the Botanical Spirit, and 100 - 150ml of the tonic. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of rosemary.
