BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro is a delicious blend of Caribbean rums that has been aged under the tropical sun for at least four years (hence being named Cuatro, meaning four). The aging process gives this rum its soft golden colour and unique taste.
On opening the bottle, this rum has a sweet aroma of vanilla and cinnamon. This sweetness continues in the mouth from the notes of dark honey and a little spice from cloves. There is burnt oak at the finish, with sweet toffee leaving a soft aftertaste.

Perfect Serve
For a simple cocktail, the Cuatro Highball is perfect. Fill a tall glass with ice, add 50ml BACARDI Añejo Cuatro and top up with 150-200ml Thomas Henry Ginger Ale. Give it a stir, add a dash of Angostura Bitters and a wedge of lime.
If you're not a fan of ginger, swap out the ginger ale for sparklng water and enjoy a delicious Cuatro Mismo.
