Discarded Grape Skin Chardonnay Vodka is made from the grape skins left over from wine making. They are distilled and then combined with the Chardonnay wine alcohol from the wine de-alcoholisation process, This combination makes for a delicious and lucious, fruit flavoured vodka. 

On the nose is an initial burst of fresh green apple, followed by a deeper note of almond croissant and a brighter note of lychee. It has a smooth and lucious mouthfeel with fruit forward notes of Williams pear, guava and starfruit on the palete. The finish comes with a subtle spice of pink peppercorns.

Discarded Grape Skin Chardonnay Vodka is perfect in a spritz or a vodka martini.

To make a spritz, add ice to a wine glass and pour in 50ml Discarded Grape Skin Chardonnay Vodka. Add 50ml sparkling wine (if you have a bottle open in the frige already, then this is perfect, even if it's slightly flat). Add 25ml citrus cordial and top with lemonade and add a slice of lemon.

Foe a classic and elegant vodka martini, stir 50ml Discarded Grape Skin Chardonnay Vodka and 20ml dry vermouth into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
