Edinburgh Gin Raspberry Gin
With their Raspberry edition, Edinburgh Gin bring us a bright and fresh gin which is bursting with natural berry flavours.
Using a base of five traditional gin botanicals and a combination of fresh Scottish raspberries and raspberry leaves, they have created a perfectly balanced gin with an incredible depth of flavour.
The aroma of this gin is full of delicious sweet ripe red berries. On the palate, this is also full of red berry fruits - which are joined by fresh floral notes. The finish is beautifully rounded, balanced and with a real depth of flavour from the berries.

Perfect Serve
This gives a deliciously fruity gin and tonic when mixed with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water. Take a large glass and fill it with ice. Pour in 50ml of the gin, and then add 150 - 200ml of tonic. Garnish with a few fresh raspberries, and a sprig of mint.
For something a little more summery, try a Raspberry Sparkler. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 50ml of the gin, 25ml of sugar syrup, 25ml of lemon juice and 25ml of raspberry puree (or add a few fresh raspberries). Shake vigorously and then strain into a glass. Top up with soda water, and garnish with a few fresh raspberries.
