Kokoro Gin Cherry Blossom Liqueur
"British Gin, Japanese Heart" is how the creators of Kokoro gin describe it, and it is Kokoro gin which is the base for this gin liqueur.
Distilled at the Thames distillery in London, Kokoro gin is created in a London Dry style. It uses a blend of classic gin botanicals, almond, angelica, coriander, juniper, lemon, licorice, orange and savory. However, the last botanical, Sansho Berry, is what gives this gin its true Japanese heart.
To create their Cherry Blossom liqueur (Cherry Blossoms are after all synonymous with Japan), Kokoro take their classic gin base and infuse with the Japanese flavour of sakura cherry blossoms.
These floral flavours blend perfectly with the original gin botanicals, and the sweetness found in liqueurs to create a truly flavourful drink with a delicate pink blush!

Perfect Serve
This can be enoyed simply with either a neutral tonic or soda water. 50ml of the liqueur along with 150 - 200ml of your chosen mixer works well.
For something a little more special, try mixing with a sparkling wine, prosecco or champage? In a large wine glass half filled with ice add 30ml of the liqueur and then fill the glass with your choice of sparkling wine.
