Van Kleef Peper Wodka
Founded in 1842 in the heart of the city of the Hague, Van Kleef is now the last remaining jenever and liqueur brand to be found based there. They believe the quality, craftmanship, and the combined history in their drinks help to make a true "lifewater".
Using a base of pure grain alcohol, Van Kleef have also created a sensationally smooth vodka. To this they infuse Spanish red peppers as well as the very spicy Madame Jeanette Pepper. This gives a true flavour 'kick' to the vodka.
This is a vodka which is definitely packed with heat, and walks a fine line between its 'spicy' name, and the stinging pleasure enjoyed during its consumption.

Perfect Serve
If you're a fan of heat, try this as a shot - served ice cold. However, it also works exceptionally well when mixed with ginger ale - with the warmth of the ginger perfectly complimenting the peppery spice.
In the mix, try this with Van Kleef Gember Likeur (30ml of each works great). This results in a perfect balance between the warm ginger flavours, and the pepper spice.
