Whitley Neill Pineapple Gin
From the makers of the UK's number one best selling premium gin, comes a tropical and zesty gin. This gin was inspired by Johnny Neill’s travels to the America's, where he would enjoy sweet and zesty Costa Rican pineapples.
As can be expected from its name, the Pineapple is the star of the show with this gin. This has a wonderful fresh tropical fruit flavour, which is complimented by a light spice and sweet citrus.
The botanicals found in this hin are Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cassia Bark, Orris Root, Angelica Root, Sweet Orange and of course, Pineapple.
The aroma of this gin is full of tropical fruits, paired with zesty pineapple. On the palate Juniper is joined with a little pepper which leads into a burst of of tropical pineapple and smooth citrus flavours. There is a rich finish of citrus which contines along with the tropical fruits and a delicate touch of spice.

Perfect Serve
Whilst this works particularly well in a gin & tonic (we recommend a neutral tonic), it also works well in the mix.
For something fruity, and tropical, tray a Pineapple French Martini. Take a cocktail shaker filled with ice and add 60ml of Pineapple Gin, 25ml of Chambord Raspberry Liqueur and 50ml of fresh pineapple juice. Shake well for 20 - 30 seconds, and then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple.
