White Negroni
Whilst the original Negroni is known and loved the world over, its success has spawned a number of variations.
One of these in the White Negroni, which is perfect to enjoy in the summer.
Whilst the original is a delightful red from the Campari and sweet vermouth, in the white negroni it is more of a bright yellow. It still has bitter hints from the gentian root in the Suze, but also has a delightfyl floral aroma and flavour from both the Suze and the Lillet Blanc.
Ingredients:
30ml Suze
30ml Lillet Blanc
30ml Gin (London Dry, we recommend Plymouth Gin)
for garnish:
Zest of a grapefruit
Method:
Take an Old Fashioned glass and fill with ice. Add each of the above ingredients and stir. Garnish with the zest of a (pink) grapefruit
